HOW TO MAKE A EXCHANGE ?

You can request an exchange of the product(s) within 5 days from the date of delivery if you are not satisfied or if there is a size issue with the purchase. Reverse pickup will be arranged by us wherever feasible. In extreme circumstances, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier if a reverse pickup facility is not available in your area. We will charge ?150 for the reverse pickup service. You may also Whatsapp  us on 9099443090 to arrange for reverse pickup.

The product returned should be in the exact condition as it was sent, along with all the tags, box, and carry bag. Exchange will not be accepted if the product tags or any items are missing.

Our customer support team is available from Monday to Saturday, between 12 PM and 6 PM. Your queries will be addressed during this time frame, and you can expect a response within 24 hours.
